India has purchased over $3.2 billion of Russian oil at a discounted price.,However, the monthly export-import data published by India's Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas refuted the reports, indicating monthly crude oil purchases remain at the pre-conflict level.,"India doesn't believe in any kind of war funding. 二 | 为什么朝鲜方面要选择在这个时间点发射弹道导弹呢？舆论分析指出，在此次朝鲜试射弹道导弹之际，恰逢美国国务卿布林肯访问韩国。另外，美国当选总统特朗普也即将上台。在此背景下，朝方试射弹道导弹显然有着向美方释放某种信号的意味，以此来展示朝鲜坚决反对美国霸权的态度。其次，在半岛问题上，谢伊又将矛头转向了中国和俄罗斯，称“过去两年来，中国和俄罗斯‘阻止’安理会对朝鲜制裁采取行动”。为此，她还举出两个所谓的例子，一是去年3月，俄罗斯通过“滥用”否决权，结束了对“1718委员会”，即对朝制裁委员会专家小组的授权。

三 | 二是中俄“阻止”发表一份声明，该声明涉及去年10月朝鲜发射洲际弹道导弹。在谢伊看来，朝方此举已经违反了安理会多项决议，而中俄“阻止”发表声明，就是在有意偏向朝鲜。针对美方的此番言论，中方忍无可忍，中国常驻联合国副代表耿爽当场回击。首先，耿爽指出，美国代表在发言中对中方进行歪曲和抹黑，中方对此坚决反对、绝不接受。同时，他强调，长期以来，中方始终采取慎重、负责、建设性的态度，始终从半岛问题本身的是非曲直出发作出判断、制定政策，始终致力于以实际行动维护半岛和平稳定、缓和半岛局势。中方的诚意、努力与贡献不容质疑，不容歪曲，不容抹杀。不可否认的是，在此之前，中方曾不止一次指出，解决半岛问题当务之急就是停止威慑施压，摆脱轮番升级的对抗螺旋。其根本之道是重启对话谈判，解决各方尤其是朝鲜方面的合理安全关切，推动半岛问题的政治解决进程。

四 | 然而，中方的这些努力，美西方国家始终选择无视，又有什么资格来对中国妄加指责？。
