B | 1499路沿线的陶然里小区老年居民占比高，不少老人常有前往浙一之江院区就医、去往枫桦西路地铁站换乘的出行需求，但小区周边现有公交线路无法充分匹配居民出行，想要乘车往往要步行十多分钟前往外部站点。对老年群体来说，长距离步行十分不便，就医、采购、地铁换乘这类短途出行都因此受到制约。结合小区的实际情况，杭州公交把串联起居民高频出行目的地的1499路，由常规公交线路改造为需求响应式公交。
C | 这条线路采用“定点定线 ＋ 弹性停靠”的运行模式，当小区产生乘车预约需求时，车辆便会绕行停靠小区门口的“小船埠”站点，若无预约，车辆则按原路线直行通行，在兼顾特殊群体出行便利的同时，也有效规避车辆空驶造成的资源浪费。
D | 目前，“小船埠”站的预约服务时段覆盖每天6：50至20：40，预约成功后，乘客可搭乘车辆前往 1499路转塘、浙一之江院区两个方向的全部站点。而这次升级最亮眼的创新，在于预约终端的“下沉”。杭州公交打破以往POS机只设在公交站台的惯例，将设备直接安放在小区内部。居民下楼刷一下卡，就能进入预约界面——先选乘车方向，再选下车站点，核对无误后提交，屏幕上便会清楚显示车辆预计到达时间。如果临时改变主意，再刷一次卡即可取消，而且刷卡预约本身不扣费，真正上车后才正常刷卡、扫码或投币，既安心又便捷。
E | 考虑到部分老年人不擅长操作智能设备，本次升级专门推出PC端代预约这一创新服务。不擅长操作智能设备的居民，只需到物业前台说一声出行计划，“管家”就能在电脑上代为完成预约，彻底消除了“不会约、约不了”的尴尬。而习惯用手机的年轻人或熟手，则依旧可以通过扫描专属二维码，在小程序上随时随地进行线上预约。
